Google India / Tez — money debited but not credited in my friend account

Rs 600 is debited from my account but not credited to my friend's account when i sent money through googletez application on 22nd jan 2019 at 10:11 pm..
I have sent feedback already several times but no response from tez yet..

Status - waiting for bank
Disputed - under review
