Google India / Tez — money debited from bank account for recharge but not yet recharge done, neither money refunded back to me | |||
I had done a reacharge of ₹349 through my google pay app on 23rd september 2019 but the transaction was under processing, but after 3 days also no action was taken, then i contacted google pay customer care they told me that the issue is being resolved and will be resolved within 14 days from the date of transaction but till today no action is taken and jio customer care also told me they have not received any such amount and the money will be refunded, but it's been 16 days and i have not been refunded my money whereas it was deducted within a few minutes Was this information helpful? | |||
