[Resolved]  Google India / Tez — money debited from my account but not credited to beneficiary account

I have make a payment for 9999₹ on 2 November 2019, 5.13pm at chroma store. via google pay app, my money is debited from my account but not credited to benificiery account. and i was not able to submit complaint form Google pay app.also try to called call center, but no reply form there side, as they They don't even know how long it will take, when ever I try to called them only one statement they say, our specialists team is looking into it, as till not received any email or phone call form there side, now fedup calling them, Please help see this issue so that my account is credited.
