I have made a payment for 8000 on december 14th 2018 night 11:24 pm. At that time money has been debited from my account but not credited in my recipients account. But google pay/tez app, the transaction was showing "paid", and for my recipient also it was showing "received" But money not yet credited to my recipient account. Please help me.
