Google India / Tez — money deducted using google pay and not yet refunded | |||
Dear sir, I have gone through a very bad services from google pay. On 31st august i made a payment of rs.800 to a number [protected] ([protected]@gmail.com) from my number [protected] ([protected]@gmail.com). The same amount deducted from my account but not yet credited to the recipient's account. Yesterday i raised a dispute ticket from google pay app but in reply they said that "your recipient should have a credit entry with “upi rrn# 891484” as found in the google pay app" but i would like to inform that amount rs.800 was credited to recipient's account for a moment and then suddenly deducted. I am attaching the current screenshot of my account and recipient's account. Its clearly visible that the same amount deducted and not yet refunded. Google pay team asked to wait for 3 days to settle the amount but it has been 4th day and deducted amount of rs.800 not yet credited neither in my (Sender) account nor in recipient's account. Its really annoying that my payment got stuck and team google is not helping me to resolve. I am very much disappointed with this third party payment app. Please arrange to resolve and refund the amount of rs.800 immediately. Was this information helpful? | |||
