Google India / Tez — money deduction

An amount of 500 from my account debited and not credited to the receiver on 21.01.2019
And an amount 1000 debited from my nephew's account and not credited to my account. Why the bloody google pay playing like this
Untrustworthy google.
No one should have this problem,

I strongly suggest/recommend that do not use google pay or any other third party apps.

Lost of money 10000 thousand please refund my money 8 days completed no money refunded ..google pay no repose for me complaint please immediate my money refund account ..iam mentally upset, tensed for every days please requested my money refunded.in google pay

I have send rs=3000 ...Date[protected] time.19;13 party name -penthala venkatesh..Amount deduct to my account but showing processing...And party be not credit amount...I have tez dispute message more times but not response in company...Please problem solving...
