Google India / Tez — money didn't credited to the beneficiary account | |
I had made one transaction of amount rs 5029 via gpay on 27th november, 2019 to mi company on mi.com. The money got deducted from my account successfully. My bank icici has shared the rrn/transaction number, mi's bank account number in which the money got credited and their ifsc code. I have shared the received information to mi company but still they are saying that they have not received the money. Icici customer care has shared the below details with me : Rrn number :[protected] Mi's bank account number in which the money got credited : [protected] (Axis bank) Ifsc code: utib0000000 Vpa : mi. [protected]@axisbank Gpay team is saying that they are not responsible for this problem. If i would have done the transaction from netbanking or card then definitely my bank would held be responsible. I used gpay to do the transaction so gpay is only responsible for this issue. It is the responsibility of gpay to debit the money from my account and credit it to the correct account number. Why the gpay had credited to the wrong account number? Being the middle party it should have successfully handled the transaction. I want my refund from gpay for the mishandling of the transaction. Was this information helpful? | |
