Google India / Tez — money not refunded and no support extended.

I did a transaction on 31st july 2019 which was unsuccessful but the money was debited from my account. I was assured the money will be refunded back within 3 days. It's been 4 months now and i'm still left waiting. I've contacted the customer support multiple times and they all just kept me in fools paradise!
