[Resolved] Google India / Tez — money transaction failed is not refunded (rs.14900)

Dear sir,

I have done a transaction through g pay on 27.10.19 for the amount rs.14900.

This transaction got failed, still the amount is not yet refunded. As per their terms, the amount should be refunded 3 to 5 days.

There is no responds, even if i tried g pay customer care.

Please do the needful to re[pay my amount.

I was try to send Amount to the another account but Amount has deducted from my account but not transfered in another account.

I'm not satisfied with your services.
I need to pay that amount to my mother.

What can i do..
