Google India / Tez — my payment is not successful and money got deducted

My money got deducted on 11th nov 2019 i already provided all the required information to google pay support. Every single time there response like "our nacl team will contact you" but didn't got any response not even my money it's almost two months i ask them to provide me escalation matrix so i can talk to there supervisor but didn't got any response there customer support is rude didn't respond properly.

I have done recharge of 100 rupees to my Airtel number [protected] but I haven't received a recharge yet but money from my account is deducted. Please solve this issue
