I did a transaction of 15000 inr by which money was debited from my account and didn't reached the receiver. I want my refund back as soon as possible. I have given complaint many times but didn't receive any response from your authorities. It's soo sad to see this type of service by you. I want my money as soon as possible

Payment stuck since 25th October. Money deducted from my bank but not received by the receiver yet! No update after two weeks of raising a dispute on the app! See attached image.
