On feb 1st i have done a transastion of rs1325 with google transaction id cicagkcsn-yfoq and upi transction id[protected] to mr latheesh yadav. The money got credited to his account but the same time it got reversed twice (1325+1325) from his account. One amount he got refunded back on 14.02.2019 but still one more amount is pending. I have the customer care support more than 5 6 times in the month of feb and have send all the supporting doc, such as bank statements to them,. But they failed to solve my issue. Take it as a serious one and please solve it. Its been a month over.

Updated by Manu9895 its been almost 2 months I didn't get any updates.. every time when I call them they used to ask me to send the bank statement and wait for 7 days. This is so frustrating, they are playing with my time and patience. and even you people can't solve a small issue please stop this service.
