Google India / Tez — payment not received by the company, even though money has been debited.

On 21st march and 23rd march, i used google pay to purchase certain items from two companies (Two brothers organic farms and leewardist school). Even though the money was debited from my sbi and dcb account, none of them received the money. The receipts are given below,

I request the company to give my money back and also explain what happened.
