Google India / Tez — payment processed even after payment failure notification received

Payment on 13th feb 2019 was failed as per notification, this payment was done to ravi lopaa. But this payment is now processed and google pay is denying about this now. Kindly request you to arrange for refund as this payment is done twice from my account. This seems to be taking calls glitch at google pay end so need to get compensation from google pay on this.
