On 16th march i made 2 transaction of ₹10000 each for purchasing of laptop from lenovo showroom. At that time the payment was processing so we waited for about 2 hours for the payment to get processed. After 2hrs it still showed processing so i made cash payments to the seller. The seller assured me that the payment will decline automatically after 1or 2 days, so i withdrew the payment from nearby atm. They also assured me that they will refund my payment if by any chance they will receive it. Days passed, and i kept on checking the progress of my payment still it showed the same thing 'processing'. After 2 days an option of raise dispute appeared and i clicked on it still after 2 days the transaction got completed.
I would request you to refund my money paid to aircom india.
