Google India / Tez — recharge showing successful in google pay but recharge not done | |||
I made a recharge on 8 aug. 2019 on google pay for jio prepaid.in google pay showing recharge done but in real recharge not complet. I raised a complaint in google pay but they are saying that there is no problem and recharge done. I also check in my jio app and recharge history but there is no recharge done after june 2019. What i need to do? I'm attaching google pay transaction details and my jio app racharge history screenshots. Was this information helpful? | |||

Sir.. 14/08/2019 morning 8:35. Amount 5000 transaction. But my account debited there amount not go already 3days complete but amount not coming
