Google India / Tez — refund amount. i try contact customer care no_12-[protected] | |||
On feb 1st i have done a transaction with gpay of rs1325 with google transaction id cicagkcsn-yfoq and upi transaction id. [protected]to mr latheesh yadav. The money got credited to his account but the same time it got reversed twice (1325+1325) from his account. One amount he got refunded back on 14.03.2019 but still one more amount is pending. I have the customer care support more than 5 6 times in the month of feb and have sent all the supporting doc, such as bank statements to them, but they failed to solve my issue.
