[Resolved] Google India / Tez — refund of deducted amount on failed transaction through google pay | |
Hi I have purchased a set of notebooks from a stationary shop in broadway kochi and paid ₹400/- for the same through google pay. First time the transaction was a failure but amount deducted and second time it was successful. I thought it would be refunded but that didn’t happen. I have confirmed from the seller as well whether it was paid twice since the amount has been deducted. But he confirmed after consulting his bank that only once he has received the amount. Then i put both transactions under review and waited for more than 3 months. But nothing happened. I am attaching the details of my purchase. It is really tiresome when you have to travel more than 10 kms again and again for the same thing. Kindly help me with this. Was this information helpful? | |

I have received a mail regarding the same asking for my contact no. Then few days(7days) later I have shared my no. After that I sent a reminder regarding the same. But couldn’t hear again from the google pay.
My apologies for delay. I really don’t have much time that’s why couldn’t reply earlier. Also thought that these processes take time. ps help me to get my money back at the earliest. I am sharing my contact details so that it would be convenient. Thanks in advance.
