Google India / Tez — Refund of Rs 5000

I had made a payment of Rs 5000 as a advance for a booking in a Hotel Fairmount Shimla-171002 ( UPI ID [protected]@okbizaxiz, UPI REF NO.[protected] ON 08 JULY 2022 but till date neither vendor bank is confirming the payment nor i have been credited.
As per my bank payment was successfully transferred through UPI .
Hotel Management still have no answers, they are saying that they haven't received the payment yet but payment has been received to their sent Bar Code.
My question is when i have transferred the payment to their BarCode, now responsibility is pertaining to them only .
When i visited the hotel i have to pay full amount, at that time they were saying that they will refund my advance money as soon as they will get it Till date i am asking Hotel Management for the payment
