Approximately one month ago I booked a train ticket but payment was not successful and money was deducted from the bank account and there is no refund till now. I did many complains but no action is taken, take the actions as soon as possible. After my huge feedback also I didn't got my money back.so please help me out of the the problem. google pay is not doing as I thought it to be best payment app .
