Approximately one month ago I booked a train ticket but payment was not successful and money was deducted from the bank account and there is no refund till now. I did many complains but no action is taken, take the actions as soon as possible. After my huge feedback also I didn't got my money back.so please help me out of the the problem. google pay is not doing as I thought it to be best payment app . i am using google pay app, i am transaction 15000 for 3-9-219 onward but that not credit for opposite party, i am two side bank office he say for ask google pay please correct the problem resolve it kindly needfull
