Google India / Tez — Tez showing up with phone number

I was researching antuvirus software and downloading A few things when it got a notification that my phone number have been added to Google about 45 minutes in the past. I had not done anything to add my phone number to anything through Google in any other way. I was also signing up for my ASUS registration through my laptop. I'm not concerned about My phone number being in a database by i do want to jnow which product put it there and how it happened.
