[Resolved]  Google India / Tez — Transaction failed -amount not refunded

I did a jio recharge of 555 ([protected]) on 13th june 2020, but transaction failed and also amount got deducted from my bank account, i waited for 48 hours for the refund but there was no refund so raised a dispute, its been more then 10 days but i did not received the refund .
