Google India / Tez — transaction failed and cut amount in account but after 5th day still not received back

I have failed transcation through google pay (Tez) 3200/-. But somehow it's failed. But still not received back in my account please help me for my money back.

I have done transcation dt. 1st otc 2018 and today dt. 5th oct 2018, and still i have not received my money back.
