Google India / Tez — transaction failed but amount got debited from my account

The amount got debited from my account but the transaction shows as failed. I raised a complaint in googlepay customer care, but its been one month no updates. 293rs were debited twice and has not been received back. The only update they give is specialist team is looking into this issue. This is google pay support inquiry case id [[protected]]
