Google India / Tez — transaction failed but money deducted

My transaction got failed 3 times on 29th dec 2019and amount of inr 5000, 10000, 5000 deducted, i called googple pay for help they said to wait 3 days then after 3 days they told me to wait for 7 days now its already 15 days passed and no body is helping, they said now to wait more 7 days... I am really worried about my money.. Google pay agent not helping at all asking to talk to manager they said he is not avaialble even not giving his senior management mail id... Please help

I had done recharge to jio using google pay on august 26 2019 but jio did not receive money but money got deducted from bank and i had contacted google pay they are telling that the case is with specialist team and they will solve the problem with transaction but after 95 days also there is no answer . Please solve this problem

Hi... I really have hope about google. But, i was spend my amount if Rs. 3200 on 31st December. Still now i didn't get my amount back. I was trying to reach you but, i didn't get a response from you.
