Google India / Tez — transaction failed but money not refunded till after 2 months

I have maid Google pay transaction on 22 nd December 2018 of 20, 000/- but transaction has failed and money has deducted.. I have called so many time the customer care and sent my bank statement twice but till 2 near to come money not refunded. And I have visited to bank to make charge back but bank also not responding any thing.. Upi transaction I'd:[protected]. [protected]@oksbi.. Google transaction id: CICAgKDi1lG9Tw..

On 31/10/2018 from my account rs5000 has been debited but not transferred to beneficiary or still it is in proceesing stage. Kindly request you to solve my issue

Sir I have paying money transffer google pay payment 500 rs other account Date 27-02-19 time 5.41 pm but the problem is money is dabbit account but money is not credit other account the show is under processing sir it's a request you plese help me.
