Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with a transaction from my SBI bank account (Account No: [protected]). On 06/10/2024, I made a payment using Google Pay for an amount of ₹28, 000. Unfortunately, the transaction failed, but the amount was still deducted from my account.

Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue with the bank, I have not received any response. I kindly request you to look into this matter and provide an update at your earliest convenience.
