Google India / Tez — Transaction not successful but amount deducted | |
This is to inform you that i am an old user of google pay and do a lot of transaction through google pay, but recently my one payment has stuck on 31st August amount of Rs.800 towards mobile number [protected]([protected]@gmail.com). On the same day the amount Rs. 800 was credited in receipent's bank account for few second but suddenly the same amount deducted. And my transaction status is showing " Payment Processing". I have shared the screenshots of both my account and receipent's account many a times but team google pay saying that the transaction was successful and receipent's account should be credited with Amount of Rs.800 by 01.09.2020 but i am here attaching the evidence that no such amount has credited and no refund has been done from the end of Google pay. I am really very much disappointed with the responses from Google pay. It was an emergency transaction and i need that amount immediately. Please help me getting back my deducted amount of Rs.800.
