Google India / Tez — transaction still in processing mode

I have initiated a transaction of ₹4000 on 29 february 2020. The transaction id is[protected]. The amount has not been debited from my account but the payment is still being processed by my bank. I want to cancel the transaction so that i can initiate a new transaction. My bank has asked me to raise a complaint on the upi portal. Please cancel the said transaction

I had spoken to them at the 1st place. They said they can't help and asked me to speak to my bank. Then I called the bank and the bank asked me to raise concern on upi portal
I have tried to transfer 1000rs to my friend on1st april2020. But transaction got failed and amount git debited from my account. And today i.e. 4 april 2020 . I have not got refund till now. Please give me my money back. Its of my hardwork
