Google India / Tez — unauthorized transfer from my account

Last night (02/05/2019 at 9:52 pm), someone has transferred rs 14, 971 from my account with unauthorized form, whose details are as follows.

Please do the needful against this issue and try to take any punitive action against the person who made the money transfer from my google pay account. Try to get my money back from that person in my account. Otherwise people will not trust on your google pay due to safety issue.
