Google Pay — 10, 000 rupees money deducted from account but not received to mango person

I have transferred money from google pay dated 22 april 2020, 10000 x 3 = 30000 transaction to mango owner but that person received only 10000 x 2 = 20000. But 10000 not received him but money deducted from my account.

Have tried to complaint google pay no response at all please help me out
