Google Pay — amount debited from sender account but not credited in recipient's account

I had transfer 3939 amount from google pay in 22nd of jan, but the amount is not credited recipients bank yet. I contacted google pay customer care and they told to me the issue will solve within 3 days but the issue is not solved yet. So please solve this issue as soon as possible
