Google Pay — electricity bill not paid but money deducted from my account | |
Sir i paid rs 2268 on 31 july 19 for electricity bill. To upcl department. Through google pay. The amount deducted from my account but bill transaction was failed. I contacted to google pay on 22 september 19. They ensured me that the amount will be back to my account. But still i didn't get the refund. Please solve my matter. Neither the issuer bank nor google pay helping me. This transaction was passed now about 80 days and still i am not getting my money back. Was this information helpful? | |

I have paid my electricity bill of Rs4206 on 3/1/2021 by google pay to wbsedcl. The transaction was successful and money got deducted but the payment has not been received by the merchant.

Today on 25 March 2021, I paid electricity bill of rs.3686(debit card-bank of baroda) through upcl website, money deducted from the account but electricity bill payment shows pending and no message received regarding the payment of the bill.
Same issue happened with me. I do transaction of electricity bill of amount 5980/- Rs . Amount was credited but bill is not paid and nor i got refund. it is almost 15 days now.
