Google Pay — payment fraud case | |||
Dear sir, I had supplied an add of arihant mathematics books on olx. A person called me at evening of 13 of december and told me that he is interested in buying that book. He requested me to make a payment through google pay. I accepted and he sent me a qr code which i scanned to accept 500 rupees. But my sbi account was debited by 19753 and he further debited my account by huge amount making a total of 98459. He had refused to pay directly via phone number and made false arguments. His phone no is [protected] and his name is shown as komal in google pay. My account no is [protected]. My balance before was 152252 and my balance now is around 53000. So please take some strict actions regarding these fraud cases. Please make some help if possible to regain my balance Was this information helpful? | |||

I made a payment of 1150/- on 10-12-19 @ 7:00 pm at one of the apparel store in google pay its said the transaction has failed but immediately the amount got credited from bank. I’m unable to submit a complaint from google pay app. Please help. Kindly look at this issue so that my account is credited.

I paid electricity bill on 18/07/19 at 6.28 pm thjrough google pay transaction was successfull amount of Rs.2972 deducted from my sbi bank account [protected] .UPI transaction id is[protected] electricity bill no is[protected]. but GESCOM electricity board gulbarga saying they not received the payment. Kindly resolve the problem
