I transferred Rupees 8000 to my friend on Saturday (Feb 2 2019). It got struck and the status was "Processing". On 6th Feb the status of the transaction status changed to successful but till now the amount is not showing in my friend's Account. I tried reaching the google pay team a lot of times but got no support what so ever from them and they kept on asking me to check the balance to and fro again and again. there is no proper customer support system or any such facility provided from google pay to the customers. Using such an interface is not trustworthy at all where the amount is getting struck and there is no one to take responsibility for
