Kay Richey charged my account $49.99 plus two $19.99 charges with no emails sent to me that a purchase was made. I have grandchildren who download apps without my knowledge. Google says you have two days to cancel the app and get your money back in cases like this, but how can you get a refund when NOONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. So I took the next step and disputed it on my charge card and ALL OF A SUDDEN Kay Richey can answer their phone and speak to American Express. They are total scammers and besides who charges $49.99 for a slime app????? Ridiculous. I will not stop fighting the charges. Was this information helpful? |
