Money Rs 4200 from my account/debit card has been shiffoned of without my permission or knowledge. I want it credited back immediately. This fraud is shameful....

USD 49.99 had been deducted from my credit card and i didn't made that transaction.
Google KayRichey purchase had been written on my account. What is this?
