Goomo Flight Booking — refund not credited. | |||||
I had done my flights booking with goomo in june 2017. Due to some personnel reasons i had cancelled my flights with the airline indigo. As i had done booking with goomo, total amount was credited into goomo account by the airline. After several follow up with goomo, no response was given by the customer care team. They will pick your call only one time and when you will ask for the refund they will not tell you the clear status of your refund. Now no one is picking up the calls also in customer care. This is the worst experience i ever have had with booking agencies. I requested all, please don't book any flights, hotel with this worst agency. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Beware. In case the flight gets cancelled they don't return money. It happened in my case. Even they don't respond emails properly. Occasionally when they are reachable over phone they don't intimate correct status.
