Moreover, 90 days are duly completed from the date of purchase. I had raised query to your customer care few days ago. They told me some # advise which is not relevant to me. I had acknowledgement & confirmation screenshot (Kindly check) regarding confirmation of cashback amount.
Now, i am eligible to get cashback of rs. 500. But, due to your bad and rigid customer service, i am not getting my cashback. It is clear that you are cheating with all this type of offers and when time comes, you give some # excuses.
I am forwarding this query mail to online consumer forum. I am very unhappy with your behaviour about pending cashback claim.
Kindly look into this matter and solve as early as possible and give cashback in my gopaisa wallet.
