I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding a cashback that I was supposed to receive after placing an order through Amazon on October 10, Order ID:Order #[protected] and Order #[protected]. Despite meeting the cashback offer's requirements, I have not yet received the cashback amount.
I have already contacted your helpline regarding this matter, but unfortunately, I have not received adequate assistance or a resolution to my issue. As this delay is causing me inconvenience, I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter urgently.

Please provide me with an update on the status of the cashback and the expected timeline for receiving it. I trust that this issue will be resolved promptly.

this is inform to you that i avail a offer airtel dth box free from your site . I order airtel dth from your website via click activate rewards option and go paisa redirect airtel dth page and i booked order and purchase airtel dth connection. And i installed connection.

But problem is after waiting 72 hours over my cashback not tracked...

Hi, thay have declined my cashback of approx 1900 rs. After sending them so many emails they asked me to provide proof of my successful orders. But after that they said they cant do anything.

I have more then rs. 4000 in my gopaisa.com account on 12th of march i applied for the cashout process but they are delaying every time i mail them also now they stopped replying me too.
I have earned these cashback from last 3-4 years and now what i am getting is no reply from them.

I had requested for redemption of by cashback towards recharge of my videocon dth account for rs. 2850/- on 26th nov 2018. The same is not done still and there is no response in spite of repeated followups.

A ticket was raised in their site on 1st december and they closed it without resolving - ticket no 71146.

Another ticket to resolve the same was raised on 7th december and problem is not resolved inspite of followup - ticket no 71341.

Hi, i am registered user of gopaisa.com, this site gives you cashback when you purchase something online thorough this site and ensures you that the cashback you earned at each online purchasing can be transffered to your account without any extra fees.
I have now more than 3000 rupees as cashback in my gopaisa wallet, while i am trying to redeemed this amount to my bank account, the site gives the message that please enter the otp sent to your registered mail id, but no such otp was never received to my registered mail id so that i am not able to redeemed my cashback and there is no option to talk with their customer support, the link of contact us on this site is of no use.
Kindly look into this problem and take some steps

Click id - n3gnz7s0sz6uwru have done 3-4 transactions on make my trip through gopaisa in last 9 months. Whenever, i qualify for rs. 50 cashback, gopaisa does not hesitate to give me the same. But, whenever, it is a question of rs. 350 cash back, gopaisa website says"you donot qualify for the offer or says you are eligible for lower amount of cashback."
It is crystal clear that gopaisa is having nexus with the make my trip agents regarding commission amount and cash back amount. I have proved with documents time and again that make my trip is cheating me every time when ever they need to give large amount of cash back. But gopaisa seems to be very happy with this retailer and never tries to rectify the error in the system. Even after accepting the fact that, customer is cheated by make my trip, gopaisa only says sorry.

Gopasia is a site giving cashback on purchasing products from other sites... Gopaisa had an ongoing offer on jabong.com and seeing that i made successul purchases from jabong using the link provided by gopsaisa from my gopaisa id (A. [protected]@gmail.com).. The proof of those transactions has also been submitted to gopisa already.. But gopaisa says that the transactions were void and is refusing me from giving the cashback/commission.. Turns...

At every instance you order from their partners, it goes missing. All cart movements gets captured but not the original transactions.

When queried, "gopaisa" says, they need 16 weeks to sort out the issue. For a cashback of 200 rs, you would need to wait 4 months. What a great service they provide and how efficient the team is.

Hats off to you gopaisa team - you are not gopaisa, you are fraudpaisa.com

Moreover, 90 days are duly completed from the date of purchase. I had raised query to your customer care few days ago. They told me some # advise which is not relevant to me. I had acknowledgement & confirmation screenshot (Kindly check) regarding confirmation of cashback amount.

Now, i am eligible to get cashback of rs. 500. But, due to your bad and rigid customer service, i am not getting my cashback. It is clear that you are cheating with all this type of offers and when time comes, you give some # excuses.

I am forwarding this query mail to online consumer forum. I am very unhappy with your behaviour about pending cashback claim.

Kindly look into this matter and solve as early as possible and give cashback in my gopaisa wallet.

I have made a transaction on 11th sept and today it is 11th january still my cashback is pending and my other jabong transaction got declined on 10th jan for no reason.when I contacted them they told me to fill a form which I did but after that they won't resolve your issue when I contacted again they told me to fill the form again..really worst cashback site

There was offr running on 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 oct 2017 on jabong that there will be no shipping charges will be apply and also gopaisa offered that buy anything from gopaisa and get 250fixed cash back on each purchase. Than i made almost 10 to 12 different purchase from jabong using gopaisa cashback button. Firstly they shown into pending cashback for 3 month and today 10/1/2018 in my gopaisa account it shows that all transaction decline. I almost lost my 2000 to 3000 on gopaisa while purchased from jabong. Now i contact them about it than they told me provide reference no and order no. Together but they didn't show there reference no once it shown as a pending cashback than how i will provide them reference no exactly. Big fraud by gopaisa team. I want my money back.

I purchased thorugh go paisa link on 11 sept and since then i have made 5 purchases
3 have been tracked
2 even after repeated proofs and all they are neither declining nor accpeting

One of my pending payment was to convert to gopaisa cash on 20th dec but even after repeated mails they are still keeping it pending

There is no support number and they are just fooling customers and gaining from them

Just put an end to this fraud or provide us our money as promised

Even though a genuine purchase was made as per the gopaisa exclusive sale offer on sept 11th, 2017, cashback was declined. The purchase was tracked by reference id : b5d[protected], cashback was to be confirmed by dec 20th, instead of confirming the cashback, it was declined. Sent an email to the support team with no response so far. My email id is esther. [protected]@gmail.com

I have rs 4321 confirmed cashback in my gopaisa account but they are not providing my amount as they are declining my request. From more than 2 months. But from 2 months i am sending them mails on regular basis but they are not giving me any reply. 1. There is no support from the Gopaisa team.
2. No contact number is provided
3. Weird answer are provided from their end that kindly mail us and we will revert you within 24 hours
4. Noncooperation from the team, they always say yes we understand the problem's but they really don't understand.

I personally feel these people are providing useless services and I advise all the users to look for other service providers.

I have 5886 rupees in my Gopaisa account but Gopaisa don't allow me to withdraw my balance every time whenever I go to any shopping/recharge website I have gone through Gopaisa instead of another website Coupondunia, etc and not more this Gopaisa wasted my time since October and whenever I asked Gopaisa I only got reply just like there are an error and your problem solved within 2-3 days but still I unable to Redeem my balance Gopaisa tell me to provide all Paytm transaction after providing all Paytm transaction it tell me your account cannot be unblocked what should I do it is my Hard working Money...fix it

I had placed an order on Amazon.com (dated 06/10/2014) via GoPaisa.com where the special cashback rate of 7.5% on electronics was given on that day. But the transaction is not tracked till date! The order is successfully completed and delivered to me. I had filed a missing cashback claim with Gopaisa but it is now declined. I had followed all instructions as mentioned on their website. I didn't even use any coupon/store credits while placing the order. The order was worth Rs 23000 and so the Cash back was huge in this case (Rs 1725 to be precise). This may be the reason they are not willing to give it to me. They are making lame excuses now such as "Amazon doesn't accept missing cashback claims". But if Amazon doesn't accept missing cashback claims then why have they featured them on their website?? GoPaisa is just advertising big cashback offers only to dupe customers !! This is very unfair practice on their part. Guys beware of such gimmicks and instead try other sites such as Payback.in and CashKaro. They are much better! Regards, Ankit
