Gopaisa — Money processing issue

Hello GoPaisa Support,

I used the GoPaisa app to withdraw ₹35, 000 using my credit card. The transaction is still showing as processing. I expected to receive the money within 10–30 minutes, but I still haven’t received it.

The app is also showing a notification asking me to pay ₹100 to get the money, but I’m still facing the same issue. I tried multiple times to contact customer support, and it was very difficult to get a response. Finally, I was told to wait 2–3 days.

I urgently need this money to make a payment to my client, and I have already taken this amount on interest. Waiting another 2–3 days will cause me serious problems.

This has been a very disappointing experience. Please look into this issue and refund/release my ₹35, 000 as soon as possible.
