I have made a withdrawl of 1100rs on 30 june 2019 and after some days they marked my request as paid. But i didn't received it till now. When i contact to them there is no reply from gopaisa is used to send many emails but still no response. I contacted to bank also but they didn't solve my query. This comapny is fraud don't trust on it. My gopaisa email id is [protected]@gmail.com

I have done above transactions on winni through gopaisa in last 3 days. And receive ordered same next day. Whenever, i qualify for rs. 800 cashback, gopaisa does not hesitate to give me the same. But, whenever, it is a question of rs. 800 cash back, gopaisa website says"if your transaction has not been tracked within 96 hours, it means that the transaction is missing. However, winni does not accept missing cashback claims and therefore we are unable to process the same."

It is crystal clear that gopaisa is having winni agents regarding commission amount and cash back amount. I have proved with documents time and again that winni is cheating me every time when ever they need to give large amount of cash back. But gopaisa seems to be very happy with this retailer and never tries to rectify the error in the system. Even after accepting the fact that, customer is cheated by make my trip, gopaisa only says sorry. "order cancelled in which order receive next day 23.7.19. But tracking with in 96 hours.

Please take action for winni and gopaisa for publically favour.

Please refund my money i have paid 999rs through gopaisa on 29april2019 reason is within 10days 101₹ extra amount is offered in gopaisa that time same day my amount is tracked in gopaisa. So i didn't file missing ticket. Please check the reciept which magzter given me. Check first gopaisa reference id 1f3bcefe6a7f11e.
I think you people don't fake. Still 30days my amount is in pending. They are telling merchant is not giving. Eho knows all return my money as you promised me

Gopaisa offers cashback on transactions made through it. I made a transaction with account [protected]@gmail.com to jabong and pending cashback was 250 which was expected to confirm in 2 months but now after 7 months they are telling me that jabong hasnt paid them commission,,, so they cant do anything and will not pay amount. It is totally unethical

Around 4 months back, gopaisa offered cashback deal of 100% on jabong order. And it should be credited by gopaisa within their expected confirmation date. But no such things happened. They are just good for nothing.

You tell me, if company like this won't fulfill then how such company could stand on online platform.in my perspective, it should be terminated by google play store.

Besides such offer, gopaisa is just useless app as you know it is affiliate website.
So it's their duty to serve us if they want it running.

Mailed them thrice, bur they are not responding.

So kindly tell them to fulfill what they offered, or i'll try my way to remove this fake app from google play so that people stay away from spamming app because company like this are fir their own benefits. They simply don't care.

They just wants us to invest and forget by providing long period of time.

I purchased some product through gopaisa on different website because they were claiming to provide cashback. But, now i think that they have not only fooled me but also many of innocent consumers like me.
I strongly believe that gopaisa are getting the commission from the merchant but do not pass it to their consumers who have done purchasing through gopaisa.
All it seems that gopaisa has planned to do big fraud and somehow they have achieved it.
The passport of the founder and co-founder must be seized so that they may not leave the country.
I think that the founder and co-founder must be behind the bars for cheating and for unfair trade practice.

Hi gopaisa is doing fraud activity to gain benefits. I was shown amazon offer that if you make account & made purchase via gopaisa link then you will get rs 100 amazon voucher & after seeing i made account & done my first purchase via gopaisa link. I have not received rs 100 amazon voucher not also my cashback tracked for shoppping done at amazon. I contacted help support but they are not helping. Kindly take necessary action against gopaisa & give my eligible rs 100 amazon voucher & credit shopping cashback.

Since i am using this go paisa account from 3years and still they have not given a single paise also and i had made unlimited transaction to third party site via their app but they track no details and but unfortunately i have got rupees three hundred but it's in pending from two years and still in pending so please kindly blocked this website because they make people fool

Date of incident:- Flipkart EGV 30/8/2015 Full description:- I got a EGV worth Rs 5000 of flipkart & Rs 1000 of Amazon from Gopaisa.com on 2nd june 2015. I used flipkart coupon for the 1st time around 27th june for purchasing shoes worth Rs 1349. Technically the balance amount in gift card should be Rs 3651. After 27th june I had not ordered anything but when I tried to order something from flipkart around 7-8th sept then unknown card error came so I asked Flipkart team & even they couldn't figure it out but later I got mail from flipkart asking me for the screenshot of the error & the card no. which I gave after that I got mail from flipkart that it's been used completely & the balance is 0 which was a shock for me. I again contacted Flipkart regarding the same & they told me that you are the owner of this EGV contact the owner of the EGV to contact us. So, I contacted Gopaisa regarding this they told me (after contacting Flipkart team) someone Vaibhav Sharma had used it and also gave me the following details of vaibhav sharma. I got this message from them on Twitter message correspondence "Dear Vinay, we have tried to convince Flipkart for the same and they are not ready to file the complaint. This is the phone number of Vaibhav Sharma [protected], and you can try to contact him, but his number is off since last couple of days. Our guess is its a fake number. They also provided us with the delivery address "Vaibhav Sharma, Gymkhana Club, Hisar, Haryana" I traced the no. provided to me by gopaisa which they got from flipkart and found that this no. is of Yogesh Yeshwanth. One more surprise was left for me today when I tried to use Amazon coupon today it says that this gift card is added to some other account, on some investigation I found this information. "As per the details I have here "sharma.[protected]@gmail.com" is listed as purchaser of the Gift Card and "Vaibhav Sharma" is listed as claimer." Vaibhav Sharma is the same guy. Now I'm adding all the required information of all the chats, twitter messages etc Desirable Resolution of the complaint:- Refund of the balance amount i.e[protected] for flipkart + 1000 for Amazon) and file FIR for fraud against Vaibhav sharma.
