Updated by Avibih Here I am pesting all the conversation what i did according to the guideline, but still no response for the other side. i have called them thrice and requested to reply via mail but no response. now really i am feeling there is something fishy in this, please take the necessary action for it.

I am still waiting for your any response.yesterday even after filing a complaint and a refund request no action has been taken till the time.your customer care told me sir within 24 hours you ll get a mail of your complaint and refund request.
What you guys are doing there. very bad service.Please do the needful ASAP.
