This side Gourav Mahajan, submitted my mobile phone on 28th of July 2015 at east Delhi service centre (Service city, laxmi nagar) ticket no. is 15INA[protected]. Issue is that when I submitted my mobile at service centre, they said within a maximum in 8-10 days my mobile phone will be handover to me but it’s been almost 1 month now still my mobile phone is not repaired. As my mobile phone is hardly 3 months old & the problem occurred in my phone is technical problem which is company manufacturing fault not mine. So if there is such a complicated problem due to which it’s been required such a long time to repair my device, its better if you can hand me new device as I will not be interested to receive such defective set at all. Also during in this 1 month I have called lot many times to know the status of my device, every time people seating at your customer care centre say that in next 2-3 days you will receive your device, that really unprofessional behaviour your company is practising towards customer. Due to your company, I have suffered a lot as my phone got dead suddenly in such situation I was not able to even retrieve my data also I requested in service centre to retrieve my data, but they straight forward denied to do so.
So in short I will like to tell you, I want new mobile phone by 28th of August 2015 as I have already cooperated a lot with company for 1 month & now I can’t cooperate any more. You can take 1 year more to repair that dam mobile phone that’s least bouder to me now. Also its better if you don’t excite me to take this issue to consumer court & make this issue viral on social media which will affect your company brand image.
