Good Morning, This side Gourav Mahajan, submitted my mobile phone on 28th of July 2015 at east Delhi service centre (Service city, laxmi nagar) ticket no. is 15INA[protected]. Issue is that when I submitted my mobile at service centre, they said within a maximum in 8-10 days my mobile phone will be handover to me but it’s been almost 1 month now still my mobile phone is not repaired.
