Government — drainage system closed

Respected Sir&Madam,

I would like to bring this in your attention. There is a drain in front of my house and its getting block ahead. From last 4 years no any one looking on it. Due to Closing the existing drainage system in my village.
4 years back roads are extended from Peda Avutapalli village to Veerapaneni gudem connectivity road at that time they closed existing drainage system with out any Precautions.
Due to this mistake from last 4 years water is blocking on cement roads nearly 4 feets height. We are facing so many issues.

So many times asking to grampanchayat but no any action taken by them.
It is request to you please do needful.
