Expiry Date: 20/11/2013

I have not received any acknowledgement on receipt of my application nor any file number. the post card attached to confirm receipt has not been sent to me either. Hence I am not aware of the status of my application for the renewal of my CDC.
I would request you to help me get the status of my application and with a tentative date of receipt of my renewal sticker as the date of my sail is fast approaching.

Kindly provide some assistance.
