Respected sir,

i am native of Narpala in Anantapur, sir in my village so much big problem is there, because of Employee absenteeism.in Govt.organisations like (MRO office,PANCHAYAT office,MDO office etc.....,) Govt.employees not come proper in-time,they may come their timings and also,they may escape from their duties.They may not come in some days,there is no inspection on employee absenteeism,and also they were asking BRIBE for work,without BRIBE they may not touch any file, people not satisfy with employee attitude,employers not giving respect to people.People are rounding to Govt offices for work.

Sir,in Narpala so many people are illiterate people, govt. employees are playing with their lives, please put the Bio-metric system in Govt.organisation in Narpala Reduce the employee absenteeism.

Please take necessary steps on Employee Absenteeism in Govt.Organisations Save people lives,
And also prove Govt.organisations is there in Society.
