Dear Sir, I am holding a MSEB connection details of which are as under, Customer Number:[protected] Customer Name: - Shyaram Baleshwar Yadav Billing Unit:- 4746/Wadgaon sheri, Pune-411014 (M.S) Bill amount: - 680 Receipt number: - 4664386 Name of the person who disconnected the connection:- Santosh Singh Dear Sir, I am holding the MSEB connection since last 3 years. My connection is disconnected on 5th Oct, 13 for nonpayment of Sept'13 Bill. I am having the following concerns with regards to this disconnection, 1. No prior notice has been served to me for this disconnection 2. The behavior of the contacted employee (Name: - Santosh Singh) was not proper 3. Santosh Singh used the prosecution tone/ arrogant tone against female. 4. In spite of repetitive request to santosh singh he ignored the same Can you please confirm whether the applicable guidelines are followed while disconnecting the connection? 5. I am having the security deposit Rs.1500 the same were not taken into account while disconnection of the connection. 6. Whether the contracted agencies are having the powers of disconnections and if yes whether they have followed the applicable guidelines in my case I have also raised the written complaint on this issue in Wadgaon sheri office on 5th Oct'13.
