[Resolved]  MSRTC Bus — Refund of ST Bus Canceled on 14 Nov 2012

Dear Sir,

The State Transport Services have been cancelled on 14 Nov 2012. Due to Sugar Cane Strike and Rasta Band Andolan leaded by Mr. Raju Shetti.
From that time I continuously complaining to ST Dept., Billing Gateway Dept. But nobody is bothered about the refund. I had booked the ticket online the Ticket details are below:

Please help me. As no one is responsible for taking care of these cases.
